The Three-Day Weekend Hire
We believe your wedding should be a celebration, not a rush. Our standard venue hire gives you exclusive access across three days so you can soak in every moment.
Day 1: The Preparation
Arrive after midday to begin your setup and styling. Our Venue Manager will be on-site to check you in, answer questions, and help you get settled. Use this time to work your magic.
Day 2: The Big Day
The day is finally here. While you focus on getting ready and relaxing, our Venue Manager will handle logistics, greeting your vendors and ensuring everything is set up for a seamless event.
Day 3: The Wind Down
Enjoy a slow morning together. You have full access until midday to pack down and collect personal items, ensuring your first day as a married couple is just as relaxed as your wedding day.

What is the guest capacity for weddings?
The Punt House comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests for both ceremony and reception setups.
What are the parking and guest transport options?
While we have parking available on-site for key bridal party members and select guests, we strongly recommend arranging a charter shuttle bus for the main guest group to ensure everyone travels to and from Batemans Bay safely.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We have flexible layout options to ensure your day is seamless regardless of the weather. Our covered event spaces and versatile venue layout allow your ceremony and reception to easily transition indoors or under cover while maintaining beautiful Clyde River views.
